These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ahw99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account or using any service provided by ahw99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. ahw99 conducts age and identity verification and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ahw99 complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your location before registering or placing any wager on the Platform.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the ahw99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and registered Malaysian mobile number or email address. Any attempt to register using false, misleading, or third-party identity information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ahw99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ahw99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
3.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify ahw99 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ahw99 support is available 24/7 via live chat on the Platform.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Placing wagers on behalf of, or receiving funds on behalf of, any third party is prohibited.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. ahw99 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the schedule published on the Platform. Prior notice will be provided before any fee is applied.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ahw99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Bank Islam, and Cryptocurrency. Supported methods are displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the ahw99 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise expressly stated.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Banking section of the Platform at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and player account tier.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. ahw99 targets processing of withdrawal requests to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost) within thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer. Processing times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside ahw99's control, including payment provider system outages and regulatory review requirements.
4.5 Source of Funds. You represent that all funds deposited into your ahw99 account are from legitimate sources and you are the rightful owner of those funds. ahw99 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds verification and to suspend or restrict accounts pending the outcome of such verification.
4.6 Player Funds. Player funds are held separately from ahw99 operating funds. Your deposited balance is not subject to claims by ahw99's creditors.
5.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers made available on the ahw99 Platform are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions, which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied.
5.3 Abuse. ahw99 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of an error or loophole in the Platform; coordination with other players to artificially satisfy wagering requirements; or using multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times.
5.4 One Bonus Per Player. Each promotion is available to each eligible player once only unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Players may not claim the same promotion across multiple accounts.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market offered on the ahw99 Platform is governed by specific game rules published within the Platform. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager. ahw99 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's failure to understand applicable game rules.
6.2 Finality of Results. Game results and bet settlement decisions made by ahw99 or its licensed game providers are final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 6.3.
6.3 Disputes. Any dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction must be raised with ahw99 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised outside this period may not be investigated. ahw99's decision on all disputes, made in good faith following investigation, is final and binding.
6.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game disruption, ahw99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the relevant player accounts. ahw99 is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from such events.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ahw99 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ahw99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated gaming winnings.
9.2 ahw99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or loss of data. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect Platform availability.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ahw99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds wagered. ahw99 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform.
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by ahw99 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at ahw99.net/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.1 By ahw99. ahw99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete identity or age verification; account inactivity; or regulatory requirement.
12.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your ahw99 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any available balance (after deduction of applicable fees and any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Obligations that by their nature survive termination — including dispute resolution provisions, intellectual property protections, and limitation of liability clauses — shall continue in full force.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of ahw99's operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ahw99's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by ahw99.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent ahw99 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in connection with a breach or threatened breach of these Terms.
ahw99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
